A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE SAN BENITO AVENUE
AND ANDREWS STREET TRAFFIC DIVERTER PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
(1) That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -34 "One -Way
Streets and Alleys," the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
a. One -way traffic is hereby designated eastbound on Andrews Stret
from the easterly right -of -way line of San Benito Avenue to a point
186 feet easterly, as indicated on Exhibit "A ".
(2) That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -29, "Stop
Intersections and Through Streets," the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby:
a. Establish a vehicular stop on Andrews Street facing westbound
traffic, 110 feet west of the westerly right -of -way line of Monterey
Avenue, as indicated on Exhibit "A ".
b. Establish vehicular stops on Andrews Street at Monterey Avenue.
C. Eliminate vehicular stops on the north leg and east leg of San
Benito and Andrews Street.
(3) That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Stopping,
Standing and Parking," the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulations:
a. Stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle AT ALL TIMES is
hereby prohibited along the south side of Andrews Street between Sari
Benito Avenue and Monterey Avenue as indicated on Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs and
pavement markings giving notice of the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 25th day of October, 1982 by the following vote:

Rasmussen, Peter W. Siemens and Mayor Brent N Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
