A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
MS. SHARON FIERRO FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF
THE 1983 COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos does hereby authorize the Town Manager to
negotiate a contract with Ms. Sharon Fierro, not to exceed
$2,500.00, for the management of the 1983 Community Needs
Assessment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the fourth day of
October, 1982, by the following votes:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito
Marlyn J. Rasmussen, Peter W. Siemens and Mayor Brent N.
