A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY
FOR THE POSITION OF TOWN CLERK FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1982 -83.
WHEREAS, Town Ordinance No. 1533 provides for an annual review of
the performance of the Town Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed that review; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1533 provides that the Council shall pass
a resolution to establish the Town Clerk's salary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salary of the Town Clerk,
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1982, is set at
$33,540 per year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a Regular meeting held this 4th
day of October , 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Marlyn
J. Rasmussen, Peter W. Siemens and
Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
