RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO APPROVE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to purchase the following vehicles and equipment for the Town of Los Gatos;
Pressure Washer (PW)
Concrete Saw and Trailer (PW)
Concrete Mixer (PW)
Patch Truck (PW)
Tilt Bed Trailer (PW)
Sprayer (PW)
Rodder (Sewers)
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has presented Specifications for the PURCHASE
OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT; and
RESOLVED, that these Specifications for VEHICLES AND EQUIPMQV'C, dated
September 28, 1982 , on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby
approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids for the pur-
chase of VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT as specified in the aforesaid Specifications,
which said advertisement shall be substantially in accordance with the Notice
to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 4th day of October , 1982, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, MarLyn J. Rasmussen,
Peter W. Siemens and Mayor Brent N. Ventura

bear the title or nano of the items to be delivered.
The 'illn of Las Gatos reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive
any errors or discrepancies.
