RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL
FROM THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION

1. Valley Fair Foods, Inc, had appealed the following decision of the Planning
Commission: approval of conditional use permit U -82 -9; specifically, condition 1,
limiting hours of operation to between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on September 7, 1982, at
which there was no appearance by the appellant;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the appeal is denied, on the ground that the decision of
the Planning Commission was correct.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR
MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 20th day of September ,
1982, by the following votes:
