RESOLUTION GRANTING AN APPEAL
FROM THE TOWN PLANNING CaIMISSION
(15690 Los Gatos Blvd. - Steve J. Musich)
1. Steve J. Musich has appealed the following decision of the Planning Com-
mission: denial of conditional use permit application U- 81 -30A and architecture
and site application S- 81 -37; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on September 7, 1982;

1. The Council hereby finds that the Planning Ca mission erred in not con-
sidering that the application meets the requirements of the ordinance under the
following conditions:
a. If the newly - constructed space is limited to warehousing; and
b. Additional conditions are imposed, as set forth below.
2. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal is granted, and the above-
entitled applications are approved with the following conditions:
a. The conditions reccmnen.ded in the Development Review Cannittee report
dated July 26, 1982, as follows:
(1) The building shall be protected with an approved automatic fire
extinguishing system to the satisfaction of the Central Fire District.
(2) The applicant shall direct that all tenants instruct their
employees that they must park their private vehicles either on the shopping center
property or on the street adjacent to the center, and in no case shall they park
adjacent to the residences. A copy of this direction shall be submitted to the
satisfaction of the Planning Director and be made part of the record of this ap-
plication.
b. The following additional conditions:
(1) The upstairs on the new structure shall be limited to ware-

(2) The six new parking spaces shall be devoted to the new uses.
(3) Racks for 20 bicycles shall be constructed as approved by the
Town Planning Department.

OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 20th day of September 1982,
