A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE
TOWN MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, TO BE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982
RESOLVED, that the current Town Manager Employment Agreement signed
by the Town of Los Gatos and Town Manager David R. Mora on January 6,
1981, and later amended on August 10, 1981, is hereby approved for
amendment as indicated in the attached Exhibit "A "; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said amendments to agreement on behalf of the Town
of Los Gatos.

TOWN MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS
(Effective July 1, 1982)
Section C -1 is amended to read that:
"The base salary shall be $54,000. Town shall review said
salary annually at the time of adoption of the budget."
Section C -3 is amended to read that:
"Town shall pay Mora an auto allowance of $250.00 per month."
Section C -9 is added to read that:
"Effective July 1, 1982, Mora's vacation hours balance shall
be increased by forty (40) hours."

AMENDMENT TO
TOWN MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT is entered into this 71h day of September
1982, and is effective as of the 1st day of July, 1982, by and between the
TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "TOWN "), and DAVID R. MORA
( "MORA).

1. TOWN and MORA executed a Town Manager Employment Agreement on
January 6, 1981, and later executed an amendment to that Agreement on
August 10, 1981.
2. The Town Council of TOWN has completed a performance evaluation
of MORA.
Al PFFMCNT-
In consideration of the foregoing recitals, and of their respective
promises herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section C -1 of the Agreement is amended to read that:
"The base salary shall be $54,000. TOWN will review said
salary annually at the time of adoption of the budget."
2. Section C -3 of the Agreement is amended to read that:
"TOWN shall pay MORA an auto allowance of $250.00 per.month."
3. Section C -9 shall be added to the Agreement to read that:
"Effective July 1, 1982, MORA's vacation hours balance shall
be increased by forty (40) hours."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on
the date written above.
