LOADING ZONE - PARKING LOT #9
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter 16, "Motor Vehicles and
Traffic ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulations:
LOADING ZONE
Pursuant to the provisions of Article VII, "Loading Zones ", a Loading Zone,
for the purpose of loading or unloading of passengers or materials, is
hereby established on the west side of Parking Lot #9, as indicted on the
attached Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs
and /or curb marking, giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on 16th day of August 1982 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth. Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrite, Peter 1^].
Siemens and Alavor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
