A RESOLUTION COMMENDING DALE S. HILL
WHEREAS, DALE S. HILL has served the Town of Los Gatos as a member of
the Town's Planning Commission since April 19, 1976 to
August 1, 1982 (serving as Vice- Chairman from March 8, 1978
to September 24, 198211; and
WHEREAS, Dale has chosen to retire from the Planning Commission at the
end of her current term of office to focus on even wider
community service; and
WHEREAS, Dale's contributions to the Town as a member of the Commission
resulted in her input to such major studies and projects as
the Hillside Specific Plan, the 1976 Zoning Ordinance Revision,
the 1979 Revision of the Housing Element, Villa Vasona, the
Downtown Specific Plan, and the 1981 -82 General Plan Review; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that Dale's outstanding leadership
qualities and dedicated public service deserve special recog-
nition at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council does hereby render,
with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to DALE S. HILL
for her generous contribution of so many years of outstanding public
service to the Town of Los Gatos Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 16th day of
August , 1982, by the following vote:
