A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE STANDARD
LIFE INSURANCE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF EMPLOYEE -
PAID SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE OPTION.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the
Standard Life Insurance contract to provide for an employee -paid supple-
mental life insurance option.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of
August , 1982, by the following vote:
