A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING
THE TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT
WITH HAMMETT & EDISON, INC. TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL
EXPERTISE IN THE FRANCHISE TRANSFER PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Town Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute a contract
with Hammett & Edison, Inc. to provide technical expertise in the fran-
chise transfer process. Such contract will have a not -to- exceed total
of $5,000.00, unless otherwise amended.

CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 19th
day of July 1982, by the following vote:
