A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FALSE ALARM SERVICE CHARGE
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
pursuant to Town Ordinance No. 1542 , Article IV, Section 34.40.10,
that there is imposed a service charge upon every owner who reports, causes
to be or permits to be reported, five or more false alarms within a six -
month period;
AND that the amount of said fee is $10.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 19th day of July
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito,
J. Rasmussen, Peter W. Siemens and
Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
