BROADWAY EXTENSION DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE "JS
WHEREAS, Broadway Extension has historically had (unrestricte 6
d'
public use; and J 6 2 e PAGE 4' 3
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos approved and participated in
the Broadway Extension Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, improvement plans were prepared, showing the con-
struction of retaining walls, paving and other street improvements;
and
WHEREAS, the construction contract was awarded by the Town
Council and the project was ultimately done under inspection by
Town employees.
WHEREAS, the Town Public Works Department has subsequently
provided maintenance services on Broadway Extension.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Los Gatos accepts
responsibility for Broadway Extension as a public street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 6th day of July, 1982, by the
following vote:

Marlyn J. Rasmussen and Peter W. Siemens
