RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL
FROM THE TOWN PLANNING M14ISSION
(16601 Harwood Road - Au)
1. Sik -Kee Au has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission to the Town
Council, as follows: denial of request for approval to construct a single family
residence in the HR -2 1/2 Zone; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on Jame 21, 1982.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that both the driveway and the house are too
big for the subject site, particularly in view of potential landslide dangers, and
that the application fails to meet the hillside standards of the Town.
2. Based on the foregoing finding, as well as those by the Development Review
Committee and the Planning Commission, the appeal is denied.
