A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHOR-
IZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE
CONTRACTS WITH FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING RECIPIENTS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982 -1983.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved, by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute Revenue
Sharing contracts with the Fiscal Year 1982 -1983 recipients. Such con-
tracts will emphasize meeting specified performance objectives and service
to Town residents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 6th day of
1982, by the following vote:
