A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LOS GATOS
UNITED METHODIST CHURCH FOR THE
EXPENDITURE OF HCD FUNDS TO PROVIDE
A SENIOR ADULT CARE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved, by the Town Council of
The Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Council authorize the Town Manager to enter into a contract
with the Los Gatos Methodist Church for the expenditure of eighth year
HCD funds for the provision of a Senior Adult Care Center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 6th
