A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES, INC.
FOR THE PROVISION OF AN EMPLOYEES'
PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved, by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Council authorizes the Town Manager to negotiate and execute
a contract with Human Resources Services, Inc. of Sunnyvale for the
provision of an Employees' Psychological Services Program for a period
of August 1, 1982 - June 30, 1983.
