A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AND MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN
SPACE DISTRICT RELATED TO LOS GATOS
CREEK PARK ACQUISITION NO. 06- 00773.2
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved that the Town Manager
of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT (copy of which is attached hereto) on behalf
of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
