TOWN COUNCIL, TOWN OF LOS GATOS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROJECT AMENDMENT
NO. 06- 00773.2 (LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION
FUND PROGRAM) RELATED TO LOS GATOS CREEK PARK
ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that:
1. Amendment to Project Agreement
Execution of Department of Parks and Recreation Amend-
ment to Project Agreement for Land and Water Conserva-
tion Fund Program is hereby authorized, and a copy of
the Amendment as set forth is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A ".
2. Signatures.
The Town Manager is authorized to execute said Amend-
ment on behalf of the Town, and the Town Clerk to
attest his signature hereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of June, 1982,

AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT
Land and Water Conservation Fund Program
Project Name: Los Gatos Creek Park Acquisition
Amendment No. 06- 00773.2
THIS AMENDMENT TO Project Agreement No. 06 -00773 is hereby made and
agreed upon the State Liaison Officer for the an and Water Conservation
Fund and by the Town of Los Gatos (Participant),
pursuant to the Lan and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1 , 7 Stat.
d97 (1964), and the Federal -State Project Agreement.
The State Liaison Officer and the Participant, in mutual consideration
of the promises made herein and in the agreement of which this is an
amendment, do promise as follows:
That the above - mentioned agreement is amended by:
The Town of Los Gatos transfers all obligations imposed on it by
the terms of said Agreement to the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District.
The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District accepts said transfer and
hereby assumes all of participants obligations under said Agreement.
Any reference to the Heritage Conservation and Recreation Service (HCRS)
or the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation (BOR) contained in this project
agreement, or in any attachments incorporated thereto, shall hereinafter
be considered a reference to the National Park Service (NPS).
In all other respects the Agreement of which this is an amendment, and the
plans and specifications relevant thereto, shall remain in full force and
effect. In witness whereof the parties hereto have executed this'amend-
ment as of the date entered below.
