A RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE CONTRACT
FOR MEADOW GOLD BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Manager of the Town of Los Gatos is
hereby authorized to execute all documents pertaining to the Town's
purchase of the MEADOW GOLD BUILDING (Assessor's Parcels 529 -03 -030,
529 -03 -031, and 529 -03 -032) from BEATRICE FOODS COMPANY.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 7th day of
June , 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J.
Ferrito, MarLyn J. Rasmussen, Brent N.
Ventura and Peter W. Siemens
