A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL DETERMINING
COSTS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has caused to be prepared a Downtown Specific
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has adopted said Plan at its adjourned regular
meeting of May 17, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Government Code Section 65453 provides that the legislature
may, at the time of adoption of a specific plan, prepare and
present a complete cost breakdown of all costs associated with
development of the Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council finds that the
attached Exhibit "A" is an accurate and true statement of costs
incurred by the Town of Los Gatos in the preparation of the
Downtown Specific Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a adjourned regular meeting held this 18th day of May
1982, by the following vote:
