A RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL
FROM PLANNING COMMISSION
(17391 East Vineland Avenue - Chegwin)
1. Dennis Chegwin has appealed a decision of the Town Planning Comnission
to the Town Council, as follows: Denial of request for change in zoning from
R- 1:8,000 to R -D or RM:5 -12, zone change application Z -81 -4; and
2. A public hearing was
held by the Town Council
on May 3,
1982;
THE TOWN COUNCIL RESOLVES that
the appeal is denied, on
the ground
that the
decision of the Planning Commission was correct.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
held on the 17th day of
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMMERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Perrito, Brent tai
Ventura and Peter W. Siemens
NOES: COUNCILMSERS None
