A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL OF
THE TOWN PLANNING COr'MISSION
(17926 DAVES AVE. - BANDOV)
WHEREAS, Branko Bandov has duly and regularly filed an appeal with the
Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Comiission as follows: Denial
of request for approval of alternative subdivision proposals for a 1.56 acre
parcel of land in the R- 1:8,000 zone; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on April 19, 1982;
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The appeal in the above - entitled matter is granted.
2. Four lots for the subject site are approved in concept, provided that the
smallest lot mist be larger than 15,000 square feet.
3. The application is referred to the DRC to determine compliance with
Town ordinances, to be returned directly to the Council.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
held on the 3rd day of May , 1982, by the following vote:
