A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING THE
NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
TRANSIT ASSIST
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Council amends their Neighborhood Center Lease Agreement with
TRANSIT ASSIST in the manner herein prescribed.
A. "Section A. Tenancy
1. Lease Room 2 of the Neighborhood Center from 3/15/82 to
6/30/82. Tenant will lease 312 square feet. Monthly tenant payment shall
be $94.79."
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of May
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J.
Perrito, Marlyn J. Rasmussen, Brent N.
Ventura and Peter W. Siemens
