A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING THE
GHBORHOOD CENTER LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WEST VALLEY ASSIST
BE IT RESOLVED, AND I'T IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Council amends their Neighborhood Center Lease Agreement with
West Valley ASSIST in the manner herein prescribed.
A. "Section A. Tenancy
1. Lease Room 2 of the Neighborhood Center from 3/15/82 to
6/30/82. Tenant will lease 130 square feet. Monthly tenant payment shall
be $94.79."
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of May _
1982, by the following vote:
