1982-086-Amending The Contract With West Valley Assist For The Provision Of A Volunteer Driver ProgramRESOLUTION NO. 1982 -86
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS AMENDING THE CONTRACT WITH WEST VALLEY
ASSIST FOR THE PROVISION OF A VOLUNTEER DRIVER
PROGRAM (OUTREACH AND ESCORT).
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Town Council amends their contract with West Valley ASSIST in the manner
hereinafter prescribed.
1. Section 3. Payment.
Total contract amount to be increased from $1,428 to $14,382.
The additional $12,954 represents MTC TDA Article 4.5 funds.
The Town will reimburse ASSIST with TDA funds for its expenses
on a dollar- for - dollar basis. ASSIST will keep its expenses within the line
item limits set in the Exhibit C budget.
On a calendar month basis, within the first 15 days of each month,
ASSIST will account to the Town for all of its expenditures during the preced-
ing month. By the tenth of the following month the Town will make the
reimbursement payment, except when it reasonably appears, as determined by the
Director and agreed to by ASSIST, that ASSIST has sufficient money on hand to
continue or conclude operations without payment for that month.
2. Section #11.
This contract is contingent upon the availability of Revenue
Sharing funds and MTC, TDA Article 4.5 funds, and shall terminate if such
funds become unavailable.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular__ meeting held this 3rd day of May
1982, by the following vote:
