NO PARKING - WEST SIDE OF HOWES DRIVE AND THE NORTH SIDE OF HERSHNER
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 16 -47 "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following
traffic regulation:
ONE HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between the hours of 8:00
A.M. and 5:00 P.M., of any day, except Sundays and Holidays, on the west side
of Howes Drive and the north side of Hershner Court, as indicated by attached
Exhibit "A ".
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously adopted
resolutions in conflict herewith.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs
and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the Stn day of April 1482, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon Thomas J Ferrito
MarL,yn J. Rasmussen, and Vice -Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS
