A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE LOS GATOS MEMORIAL
LIBRARY TO JOIN THE SOUTH BA?? COOPERATIVE LIBRARY
SYSTEM AND DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE OF SAID
BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos wishes to join the South Bay
Cooperative Library system; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos does approve of said plan and
hereby approves the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement
for the South Flay Cooperative Library System;
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town.
of Los Gatos than it approves of said system and does he=reby
agree to enter into said agreement with the South Ray Cooperative
Library System, and does hereby appoint John Schmuck, Town
Librarian, as its representative to said system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Los Gatos Town Council at a y-LL'ar meeting
held, this 1st day o' March 1992, by the following
