RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL
AMENDED MAP (REVISED) OF TRACT NO. 6878
RESOLVED, that that certain Final Amended Man (Revised.)
of Tract No. 6878 in the Town of Los Gatos, dated December,
1981, and prepared by Jennings- McDermott - Heiss, Inc., Civil
Engineers and Land Planners, for JAMES LAMPE GENERAL CONTRACTOR,
Owner of Record of said subdivision (whose Final Yan and Final
Amended Map were previously aonroved by the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos), which is recommended for annroval by the
Town Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos, is hereby anoroved, and
all offers of land for public use therein made on said man are
herebv accented subject to the conditions contained in Pesolution
No. 1980 -174, "Resolution Approvino Final. Man of Tract No. 6878"
and the "Contract For The Imorovement of Tract No. 6878 and.
Concerninq Dedication of Streets" filed in the Office of the
"own Clerk.
