RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR
PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE OVER HIGHWAY 17
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF
LOS GATOS enter into an agreement entitled, "Maintenance of
the Pedestrian Bridge Over Highway 17 at Forbes Mill ", with
CAL TRANS, a copy of which is attached hereto, the Mavor is
authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement
for the Town, and the Town Clerk is authorized and hereby
directed to pay $8,500. to the state for work to be done on
the bridge.
