A RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL OF
PLANNING COMPISSION'S APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURE AND SITE APPLICATION S -81 -55
1. The appeal of Elmer Chapson of the Planning ConTdssion's approval
of Architecture and Site Application S -81 -55 was heard on November 16, 1981.
2. The accessory building on the property at 43 Bayview Avenue,
Los Gatos, California may be allowed; provided that the owners record a document
agreeing that (1) no sewer or other plumbing connection of any kind shall be made
to the building; and (2) the building shall at no time be used as a rental.
BE IT RESOLVED:
Based on the foregoing conditions, the Planning Commission made no
error, and the appeal is thereby denied.
