A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH
WANG LABORATORIES, INC. AND DATA -WEST
CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Manager of the Town of Los Gatos is
hereby authorized and directed to negotiate and execute a contract with
Wang Laboratories, Inc. and Data -West Corporation for purchase or lease/
purchase of data processing hardware and applications software.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 16th
day of November , 1981, by the following vote:
