A RESOLUTION AMENDING TOWN COUNCIL RESOLUTION
NO. 1981 -11 CONCERNING THE ICMA DEFERRED COM-
PENSATION PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL
PARTICIPATION BY THE ASSISTANT TOWN MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos has established the ICMA Deferred
Compensation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council now wishes to make that plan available
to the Assistant Town Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Los Gatos hereby
amends Resolution No. 1981 -11 to include provision for participation of
the Assistant Town Manager in the ICMA Deferred Compensation Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 16th day of
November, 1981, by the following vote:
