A RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL FROM A
DECISION OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, John R. Harrison has appealed a decision of the
Town planning Commission to the Town Council, as follows:
Decision regarding a focused EIR for subdivision ap-
plication M -81 -4; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
November 2, 1981;
BE IT RESOLVED:
The appeal is denied on the following grounds:
The Commission was correct in its decision.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 16th day of November, 1981, by the
