A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH
INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Manager of the Town of Los Gatos
is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate and execute a contract
with Information and Referral Services, Inc. for the sum of $2,000.00
to be allocated from Federal Revenue Sharing funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS, CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 2nd
day of November , 1981, by the following vote:
