A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN APPEAL FROM A
DECISION OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, P. Lassettre has appealed a decision of the Town
Planning Commission to the Town Council as follows:
Approval of Architectural & Site Application S- 75 -35B; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
October 26, 1981;
BE IT RESOLVED:
The appeal is granted on the ground that the Planning Com-
mission erred as follows:
Failed to consider other alternatives that provided better
handicapped access with less land -use problems.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of November, 1981, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, NlarLyn J.
Rasmussen, and Peter W. Siemens
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
