A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
TO CONTRACT WITH SENIOR COORDI-
NATING COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that
the current agreement with the Senior Coordinating Council be amended
to include the sum of an additional $3,500.00 to cover the Council's
final billings with Catholic Social Services; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Manager be authorized and is
hereby directed to negotiate and execute said contract amendment on
behalf of the Town.

CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 26th day of
October , 1981, by the following vote:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
tN" THE SENIOR COORDINATING COUNCIL
OF THE LOS GATOS AREA DATED AUGUST 24, 1981
By this amendment, made and entered into on the -1g_ day of
November , 19 81 , between the Town of Los Gatos (here-
inafter referred to as "Town ") and the Senior Coordinating
Council of the Los Gatos Area (hereinafter referred to as
"Council "), and in consideration of their mutual covenant,
the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Term
Performance under this amendment shall commence on
December 1, 1981 and end on January 31, 1982, unless amend-
ment is extended in writing. This amendment does not alter
any conditions set forth in the FY 1981 -82 agreement between
the Town and Contractor.
2. Services
Contractor agrees to pay Catholic Social Services for
services rendered to Contractor during fiscal year 1980 -81.
3. Payment
In exchange for the foregoing services, Town agrees to pay
Contractor the total sum of $3500 from FY 1980 -81 Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds, payable at one time. Payment shall
be made on December 10, 1981.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Town and Contractor have executed this
Agreement on the day and year first above written.
