A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NO. 1969 -77,
N0. 1970 -138, AND NO. 1974 -169, AND ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE COPYING OF RECORDS.
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
custodians of all Town records which are open for inspection and copying
shall provide copies thereof to any member of the public requesting same
upon payment of the following fees:
I. GENERAL RECORDS
1. For photographic copies of all certificates,
permits, reports, documents and records other
than those specified below

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Resolutions No. 1969 -77, No. 1970 -138, and
No. 1974 -169 adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos establish-
ing fee schedules for the copying of public records are hereby repealed.
The fees above described and set forth in this Resolution shall be effective
November 1, 1981.

CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 5th day of
October 1981, by the following vote:
