A RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL FROM THE DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, John J. Boitano has appealed a decision of the Town
Planning Commission to the Town Council, as follows:
Denial of zone change application Z -81 -5; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
September 21, 1981;
BE IT RESOLVED:
The appeal is denied on the following grounds:
1. The Planning Commission's decision appears to be
correct.
2. Multiple residential use of the property would be a
good buffer between the office and single- family uses.
3. The proposed rezoning would not be consistent with
the General Plan,
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 5th DAY OF
October, 1981 , by the following votes:
