ORDER VACATING A PORTION OF PUBLIC STORM
DRAIN EASEMENT WITHIN THE LANDS OF
B'I'RCHWOOD PARTNERS - POLLARD ROAD AND
TEAKWOOD AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has proceeded
under the provisions of Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5
(Sections 50430 through 50445) of the Government Code, concerning, the
vacation of a portion of a public storm drain easement within the Lands
of Birchwood Partners - Pollard Road at Teakwood Avenue, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, and
pursuant to such article has passed its Resolution of Intention and conducted
a noticed hearing, and good cause appearing, therefor.
RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds from
all of the evidence submitted that that portion of the public storm drain
easement described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use, and hereby makes its order vacating
such portion of said easement.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Clerk shall cause a certified copy of
this order attested by her under the seal of the TOWN to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of

the Town of Los Gatos held on the 21st day of September 1951,
by the following vote:

BEGINNING at the most Easterly corner of Lot 23 as said Lot is
shown upon the Map of Tract No. 3481, which said Map was filed
for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California, on June 28, 1963 in Book 163 of Maps,
Page 24; thence along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 23 N.
59 °51'50" W., 1.5.20 feet; thence leaving said Northeasterly line
of Lot 23 N. 20 044'30" E., 67.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BE-
