A RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL FROM A DECISION
OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Branko Bandov has appealed a decision of the Town
Planning Commission to the Town Council, as follows: Denying
tentative map application M- 81 -10; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
September 8, 1981;
BE IT RESOLVED:
The appeal is denied on the following grounds: The same
findings made by the Commission.
