A RESOLUTION OF TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
authorized to execute five Joint Powers Agreements, to undertake
or to assist in the undertaking of essential activities pursuant
to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
