RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE RAILROAD CROSSING ON WINCHESTER
BOULEVARD - PROJECT 216 -SS.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to improve
the railroad crossing on Winchester Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has presented Plans and Specifications for the improvement
of said railroad crossing.
RESOLVED, that these Plans and Specifications entitled, "TOW'N OF LOS GATOS
SPECIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF RAILROAD CROSSING ON WINCHESTER
BOULEVARD - PROJECT 216 -SS ", dated August 11, 1981, on file in the Office of the Town
Cleric, are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of work
specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications, which said advertisement shall be
substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a continued regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos this 9th day of September , 1981, by the following vote:
