A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1980 -162
TO CHANGE THE TOWN MEDIATION BOARD'S REQUIREMENT
FOR REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS TO BI- MONTHLY
MEETINGS
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, that the Town Council amends the Town Mediation
Board's requirement for regularly scheduled meetings to bi-
monthly meetings. Section l.d. of Resolution 1980 -162 shall
be amended to read as follows:
d. The Board shall establish a regular
time for its bi- monthly meetings and
shall schedule special meetings, other
than those regularly scheduled, if the
need arises. Bi- monthly meetings shall
be held in the Los Gatos Downtown
Neighborhood Center and the Board shall
otherwise call and conduct its meetings
in compliance with the provisions of
Section 54950 and 54960 of the Government
Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a continued regular meeting held this 9th
day of September , 1981 by the following vote:
