A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FIXING
BOND SERVICE TAX RATES.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that tax
rates for fiscal year 1981 -82 for bond services upon each $100 of cash
valuation of property within the Town are hereby fixed as follows:
1965 Park Bond $.0100
Interest and
Redemption
The Town Clerk shall immediately transmit to the County Controller
of Santa Clara County a statement of the rates fixed.
This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days
of its adoption in the Los Gatos Times- Saratoga Observer pursuant to
Section 36936.1 of the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a adjourned regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the loth day of August ,
1981, by the following vote:
