A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF CONTRACT
FOR SOFTBALL FIELD IMPROVEMENTS, LOS GATOS HIGH
SCHOOL.
RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does desire
to extend that Agreement between the Town and the Los Gatos Community
Education and Recreation Advisory Committee for the construction of a
softball diamond at Los Gatos High School; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute an
extension of the Agreement so that the new expiration date is December 31,
1981.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS at a
adjourned regular meeting held this 10th day of August ,
1981, by the following vote:
