A RESOLUTION REVERSING A DECISION OF
THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
(758, 766 & 768 Pollard Rd., Bacci - Spinazzi)
WiIERFAS, Bruce G. Johnson has duly and regularly filed an appeal with
the Town Council, from a. decision of the Town Planning Commission as follows:
Denial of Conditional Use Permit # U -80 -24 and A&S Application # S -80 -71 for
a 15 unit condominium at 758, 766 & 768 Pollard Road; and
1981;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on July 20,
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Conmi.ssion denying Conditional Use
Permit # U -80 -24 is reversed, on the ground that the Commission erred as
follows: Gave inadequate consideration to the fact that the applicant was
providing 34P units.
The Architecture and Site Application #S -80 -71 is remanded to the
Commission to give further consideration to the DRC recommendations and to
the ratio of parking spaces to units outside the transportation corridor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 3rd day of August
by the following votes:
