PARKING RESTRICTION - CHARTER OAKS DRIVE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47,
"Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby establish the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES
is hereby prohibited along portions of both sides of
Charter Oaks Drive as shown on the attached Exhibit "A ".
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings givina notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, held on the 3rd day of August , 1981, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon Thomas J Ferrito and Feter i. tieiaens
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS 1,larivn .T RaSmnccan and Brent N Ventura
