A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH AGENCIES
FOR USE OF FEDERAL REVENUE - SHARING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
the Town Manager is authorized to negotiate and execute those agreements
with agencies for federal revenue - sharing funds approved by Town Council
in adopting the Fiscal Year 1981 -82 budget for the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting held this 20th day of
July 1981, by the following vote:
