A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF
THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Kosich Construction Company nas duly and regularly filed an
appeal with the 'Town Council, from a decision of the Town. Planning Commission as
follows: Denial of zone change from R- 1:8,000 to "0" for property located at
15347 National. Avenue.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on July 6, 1981.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of [,he Town Planning Commission, is affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 6th day of July, by the following votes:
